Contact Centre Customer Services Representative

This new contact centre is being set up to assist farmers and other NAIT participants understand their obligations under the NAIT legisation and to help them navigate the web interface they will be using to fulfill their obligations. These include registering to get their NAIT number and reporting their movements of NAIT animals.

NAIT Limited is an industry-owned company responsible for implementing New Zealand’s National Animal Identification and Tracing (NAIT) scheme. This scheme will provide New Zealand farmers, meat processors and Government with information on the current location, movement history and other related attributes associated with cattle and deer. 

Success in this role will be measured by the accuracy and completeness of your advice, and your focus on continuous improvement in the quality of service you deliver.
