How to confirm you have received animals

If you provide information directly to NAIT, you can confirm animals arrived at your property by logging on to the NAIT system.
Instructions on how to confirm you received animals are provided below.

NAIT accredited information providers can also confirm animal movements for you – for example this may include a sale yard or any artificial breeding scheme you may belong to. Click here to view the full list of information providers.

When you logon to the NAIT system, you will see messages alerting you to movement records that need attention.

Click '1 receiving movement to confirm' link.

Click 'View & Confirm'.

If you have received all the animals, enter the date received and click 'Confirm All' (number pending).

Click 'Save'.

Click 'Yes'.

Note: From and To fields will be populated.

Click the 'Completed Movements' link. The completed movement will be displayed.
