Apply for accreditation

Please follow the steps below to apply to become accredited with NAIT as an information provider or entity.

1. Fill out forms and send to NAIT
   
   Complete the following documents on behalf of the individual or organisation applying for accreditation.
   
   Accreditation application
   Accreditation assurance and undertaking to comply
   Data sharing agreement
   
   Mail the completed forms to:
   OSPRI
   PO Box 3412
   Wellington 6140
   Attn: Accreditation team
   
   
2. Payment of fee
   
   You must pay a fee of NZ $500 (including GST) to become NAIT accredited. Payment must be made at the time of application. Please note your GST receipt for the payment will only be issued upon receiving full accreditation.
   
   Direct Credit:
   Pay into bank account 03-0584-0297599-00. Please include your organisation's name in the reference field as it appears on the application form.
   
   Cheque:
   You can attach a cheque made out to NAIT Limited to your application.
   
   
3. NAIT IT testing
   
   The best method to transfer the animal data to us is to work online. To ensure you are able to access the NAIT system, you will be contacted by us with details on the testing process.
